Well,
here's my list. I found it interesting, personally, that
my list of sites contains only six of those that are our
ten highest rated sites if all time (to date) and that
the order of these differs quite a bit. It also contains
three sites that don't even make our overall top twenty.
It would
have been easy to have just selected the ten that we've
rated most highly. But one of the principles behind
Masturbation Invasion is that the score only tells a
small part of the story. |

Scores often don't tell the whole story or
aren't really as accurate as a whole as they
could be - hence the Reviewer's Score on
sites that warrant a full review. When I
write a review, I try to tell the whole
story there, not in my scoring.
There are some notable omissions from my
list,
VideoBox
being the most notable. This might seem
peculiar and it was a real wrench leaving it
out as I do think it's a marvellous site,
obviously, and their recent makeover (which
we'll be covering soon) has improved it
further, but it seemed a little easy to me.
Newcomers like
Adult Rated
have shown how 'easily' and quickly you can
do the same thing. But believe me, they both
would have been on the list had there been
two more spots available.
Anyway, on with the list - how many do you
agree with?

American Vice |
|
Considering the lack of VideoBox and
Adult Rated on the list, the
inclusion of
American Vice
will seem extremely odd to most of you. To
me though, this is a no-brainer of a site.
Fed up of the lengthy ongoing debate about
what method of payment is best on a DVD site
- pay-per-view or flat rate? Well, this site
offers you both. And in that regard, that's
why American Vice makes the list. It's such
an incredibly simple idea and it's amazing
nobody thought of it before, obviously - but
they DID think of it, and that's why they're
here. Not to mention the fact that the
archive is already huge and the fees are as
competitive as any of the DVD sites we've
reviewed.

Swallow Squirt |
|
As far as I'm concerned, the Brain Cash
network is vastly overrated. It has some
very good sites, certainly, but it also has
quite a lot of poor or just plain
unnecessary sites.
Swallow Squirt
serves as an example of just how good they
can be when they really try, and just how
good the action in their videos can be - as
good as hardcore action can often get. This
site is probably the first female
ejaculation cum-swallowing site that I've
specifically seen, and it's made a quite
fantastic start and is the most promising
site I've seen this year. My only fear is
that it will never really grow that much
because Brain Cash sites rarely do.

Hot Legs & Feet |
|
I can well imagine that
Hot Legs And Feet
does make many foot and leg fetishists
furious. It only really deals in one aspect
of the fetish - that of extreme glamour and
prettiness, and it really specialises in hot
models rather than what they can or can't do
with their feet. But for sheer weight of
content, the quality of the action, and the
unrelenting sexiness of seeing the cream of
eastern European adult models constantly
rubbing their legs, this just completely
overpowers you. Whilst it's at it as well,
it also manages to knock out some of the
best footjob action I've ever seen too.

One Man Banned |
|
In terms of an actual site, it's probable
that
One Man Banned
doesn't actually make it as a truly great
site. It's functional and it works, that's
all. But this is a total triumph of
substance over style, and is a formidable
archive of the videos of, in my opinion,
Britain's best porn producer, One Eyed
Jack. Somehow his style never seems to
grow old or boring despite the fact he's
employed the same gonzo style for years now,
but allowing his performers to improvise,
constantly changing locations and genre
styles, and putting across his own
personality from behind the camera makes his
films consistently entertaining.

Matt's Models |
|
This one's inclusion was an absolute
no-brainer as far as I'm concerned. With
many of the models here having gone on to
the more 'professional' adult ranks, it
gives you an idea of just how high the
esteem held for
Matt's Models
is. It's massive and the database of models
is equally massive but even more varied, and
a recent foray that has seen more hardcore
content added has thus far proved fairly
successful. It's one of those sites that you
initially wonder if there's more to, but a
few hours later when you realise you're
STILL looking at it, you realise it doesn't
really need anything else.

Taboo |
|
I was expecting after Hot Legs And Feet,
another offering from the Denys Defrancesco
stable, for
House of Taboo
to be another 'glamour first, fetish second'
offering but that is certainly much less of
the case here than I expected. Certainly,
the models used are mostly known for their
glamour and looks, but that doesn't stop
some of them from involving themselves in
some pretty hardcore fetishes that mostly
deal with uniforms and outfits. Again, fans
of bondage and BDSM will probably frown on
the rampant glamourisation of one of the
darker adult niches around, both those who
are softer in terms of their views will
thoroughly enjoy this superb site.

|
The solo site really is a largely depressing
sprawl of the same old girls doing the same
old boring thing over and over again to the
point that you think you may actually die
from deja vu. So when sites like
Apneatic
come along then you should rightly get
excited about them. Not content with just
being outrageously hot, Apnea unfurls an
astonishing array of modelling feats that
see her constantly change her appearance and
mannerisms to suit the mood. The result is a
site that stays within softer, fetish-based
boundaries but finds more room for manouevre
and experimentation than it has any right
to. It really is completely wonderful.

We've harped on about this one ever since we
started and, judging by the amount of you
that have read our
Four Finger Club
review, hopefully many of you will
understand why. The name suggests a 'one
trick pony' of a gimmick site, but it ends
up being broader than that, but never so
broad that you feel cheated out of what the
name says it will give you. Some inventive
pairings of established porn stars who are
let loose on masturbating themselves and
each other in any extreme ways they see fit,
this remains fresh thanks to the
consistently intriguing and unseen pairings.
You see pretty quickly why the DVD series on
which the site is based went on for so very
long.

Wide Wives |
|
For a
site
that started as a place for British
housewives to get a little bit naughtier
than they normally would, it's done alright
for itself, hasn't it? Now an enormous site
that embraces MILFs from all over the world,
and also a site that has transformed itself
into a formidable amateur community, this is
genuinely a site that is too big for you to
ever get through. Yes, the presentation is a
bit on the dodgy side and trying to find
stuff in a specific genre can take ages, but
really this is the benchmark that ALL
amateur sites should set their sites on.
It's only $50 for 6 months too. Complete
lunacy!

The English Mansion |
|
This is a site that really does put the
'adult' into 'adult' sites. An expert,
serious and completely professional shot at
the BDSM and bondage niches, this is the
best site of its genre in existence and the
best British site that I've ever seen. Few
sites can have the nerve to price themselves
at $35 per month and actually be worth the
price. In the case of
The English Mansion,
it would probably have been worth more.
Refusing to patronise its audience and quite
rightly casting its net over dedicated
follows of the fetishes, this couldn't
really be any better if it tried.
What really marks it as good enough to top
my list though is the fact that it tries so
many different things. I'm more inclined to
support a site that sticks roughly to one
genre but experiments wildly within it than
one that just has a go at every genre
without really mastering one. With a
dedicated mistress, Sidonia Von Bork,
and a great willingness to listen to its
members and feedback, there is no way that
this isn't a great site, as far as I'm
concerned.
