Solo teen
sites. I don't mind admitting that I'm currently bored
senseless by them.
So few
of them show any real forward-thinking or any intention
on trying to present their audience with a girl who is a
little bit different or with content that tries
something that deviates from the norm.
It
seems that networks and companies seem quite happy with
finding some pretty young thing, making her tie her hair
in bunches, strapping some braces to her teeth and
having her strip down to her knickers. Once you've seen
one you really have seen them all. |

One company
that has at least shown a willingness to try something a
little unique and indeed present a teen star with a
unique look is
Cash For Nuts, who
with the release of
Cute Rain and, in
particular,
Fuck You Paul, have
found talent and content which we believe could easily
see them beating away the opposition within the next few
months. With high definition videos, lovely
presentation, beautifully photographed content and, most
importantly, an utterly beautiful young star, the signs
are already very good for these guys.
We had the opportunity to catch a few words from Mel,
the star of
Fuck You Paul, and
found that first steps in the adult industry had not
been unpleasant.
"It's been great so far," she commented when asked about
her initial experiences of the industry. "I've always
wanted my own site and this opportunity has allowed me
to fulfill that wish. Working with the guys at Cash For
Nuts has been really easy and comfortable and I've
learned a lot of things along the way. The only negative
thing I've found is that it's a lot harder going to
nightclubs these days as I get recognised a fair bit.
Telling guys that I don't want to fuck them all just
because I'm an adult star isn't easy!"
The major difficulty that the site may have is
persuading people that it is really what it says it is.
Set up as a 'revenge site' against an ex-boyfriend who
dumped her at the end of last year, such sites have been
seen before but Mel was unconcerned whether people
believed the premise behind the site, suggesting that
the premise may quickly become beside the point anyway.
She also seemed unconcerned with the pressures that the
industry places upon girls to change their body and
their images.
"I'm only 18, I don't think I would consider cosmetic
surgery yet anyway. One day, perhaps, I may like to make
my breasts a little bigger. As for changing my style, I
like to do that once in a while anyway, so that would
not be a problem."
One element of Fuck You Paul that we particularly
enjoyed was its use of outdoor and location shoots,
enhancing the beauty of its star with some beautiful
landscapes. Mel said that she had also enjoyed the use
of the great outdoors and also the shoots she had done
with her label-mate, Cute Rain.
"I love doing the exterior shoots. We get to stay in
these beautiful, huge houses and it's a nice experience.
It's also great to shoot with Rain," she added. "I think
she's really attractive and I love her a lot. We have a
great friendship off-camera even though we've not seen
much of each other since April."
Being such a young star in such an unpredictable
industry seems to sit well with Mel and, although she
understandably said she had no idea where she would be
in five or ten years, she seemed easy with the idea of
being regarded as a porn star especially after we
mentioned to her that we had described her as the most
exciting new solo site talent of the year to date.
"Thanks, that's a nice compliment. People do tell me
that I do look a little like a porn star - but I would
love to be a really big, shiny one instead!"
