undeservedly uninspired title for one of the best sites

Defrancesco, the head honcho and borderline pornographic
genius behind DDF Productions and all of its affiliated
sites, 1 By Day is arguably the crowning achievement
of his extraordinary label.
The name
comes from the fact that it adds one update every day
(incorporating both a video and a photo gallery), but that
should be a boast rather than the site's title. But I'm
going to stop moaning about that now because there is so
much here that is worth praising.
The content
here represents a very broad canvas as you can see from the
categories in the stats box. What this doesn't tell you is
that there are also special sections dedicated to fucking
machines, teens and facial cumshots as
well. It might initially seem as though there's no real
pattern to the action here, but there is. Defrancesco wants
to shoot fabulous European models and porn stars doing
anything that might make them look sexier or more erotic.
That is really your pattern right there.
Scrolling
down the list of models that are used here (over 600 of
them), it really is almost a complete collection of the
biggest and best names in European adult entertainment. They
are a large part of the reason why 1 By Day works so
well, but Defrancesco's photography is undoubtedly another
big reason too. He knows when to keep his distance and he
knows when to get in close to the action. These might sound
like pretty simple rules to adhere to, but you'd be amazed
how many photographers and cinematographers fail to
understand them.
I couldn't
even start addressing my favourite videos or photo sets
here, there really are so many. I would say though that it
is absolutely at its best during its foot fetish content.
Anyone who knows the wonderful Hot
Legs and Feet,
soon to be reviewed on Masturbation Invasion, will certainly
testify to this. You really cannot afford to miss Liz
Honey's sensational leather and pantyhose combination,
nor Silvia Saint's exclusively shot performances in
this category.
The content
here really is just sensational, and not once does
Defrancesco get bogged down with being too artistic as so
many European photographers do.
There is
barely a criticism that can be levelled at 1 By Day,
except maybe that it is so good that it is almost unfair to
all other sites. Oh, and it doesn't really have 15,000
videos - it has 15,000 video clips. There is a difference.
But that really is a piffling complaint!

God, these
guys are GOOD. I mean, most companies would kill to have
a site that was anywhere near as good as 1 By-Day
- and then they just went ahead and improved it. The
content now comes along twice a day, hence the crafty
name change to 1 By-Day & 1 By-Night, as if the
daily updates weren't enough in the first place! The
content is still wonderfully varied, brilliantly shot,
and consistently featuring the best-looking adult models
from Europe you'll ever see.
But it's in the presentation and navigation that it has
suddenly become a LOT better. It actually now has a
navigation that complements the brilliant content
perfectly. High definition videos are now on the
agenda along with even more video browsing options. A
neat little magnifying glass feature for the thumbnails
on the index page works beautifully and the indexes have
been really sorted out.
It all means that it has progressed from being great to
depressingly great - in that you couldn't ever imagine
being as good as this. Still, it's nice to dream, eh?

The DDF
Cash sites have always had something special. In
fact, they've had a lot of things that make them
special. The combination of amazing photography and
stunning models has set them apart as a collective to
aspire to.
1 By Day
& 1 By Night has managed to improve on one of the
classiest sites we'd seen during our porn reviewing
careers. Doubling the number of updates was an inspired
move, and cleaning up the navigation has made the
browsing experience far easier for members.
You just
have to wonder where 1 By Day & 1 By Night can possibly
go from here. Have they reached the pinnacle of erotic
photography? I guess we'll just have to wait, watch and
see!

by, arguably, pornography's most talented photographer,
