Let's face it, the world of
fruit is a large one so if they continued down the route
of naming their sites after fruits, then there are
plenty out there for them to name them after! We've
already cast our eye over
Berry
Puff and
Kiwi Puff,
and to be perfectly honest Cherry Puff follows
pretty much the same formula - a DVD site with a
particular niche that they, for some reason, don't
really choose to make particularly obvious.
Generally speaking, this one focuses on
teens and amateurs, and ends up coming up with the
biggest site in this network so far. What they also
manage to do is cover rather a lot of genres in the
process, with most things from some softcore videos shot
of amateurs doing some sunbathing on the beach, to
hardcore anal and facial cumshots. The wide scope of the
site is certainly an impressive one.
There's also a nice vein
of retro action in there as well, as the likes of titles
like Debbie: Class Of '88 prove. The amount of DVDs and
scenes they have up for offer as well as the regularity
of the updates and the aforementioned variety certainly
will help the site immensely, but they really are in
need of improving the video viewing options, which
really are quite dated. I mean, I really don't like Real
Media, I'll admit that, but the videos are too low in
their resolution.
And then, the download
speeds are terrible, really. These need splitting into
smaller file sizes - you can't be having broadband users
waiting an hour for a video to download, no matter how
cheap your site is or admittedly decent your selection
of content is. It's presentational points like these
that will prevent Cherry Puff and its relatives from
challenging the
Video Boxes
and
Adult
Rateds of
this world.
