If you're a
fan of retro porn, the chances are that you've seen Deep
Throat that many times that you're as fed up with it as
Linda Lovelace was in the years after making it. But, whilst
that title inevitably pops up (and if you're wondering, yeah, it
is quite good, but not worth getting excited about), Pornstar
Legends thankfully tends not to tread too familiar ground.
This retro
site is more interested in the stars of the 70s, 80s and
early-to-mid 90s than the actual titles they starred in. As
such, you get a very respectable archive of photo shoots to go
with the expected collection of videos. There are some great
shoots included here too - nice to see Hypathia Lee pop
up in this regard. In terms of videos, the site focuses more on
scenes rather than full-length titles, and I don't really have a
problem with that. It helps the site focus on the stars more
than anything else.
So, who can
you expect to see making an appearance on Pornstar Legends?
Well, Christy Canyon is here in scenes with male legends Ron
Jeremy and Peter North. Ginger Lynn features
in hardcore and lesbian scenes. Nina Hartley makes an
all-too-brief appearance, whilst Sarah Jane Hamilton
steals the show in her fabulous lesbian scene with Bionca.
It's rather
a random selection and I wasn't especially delighted with the
presentation here as it involves rather too much clicking around
to find what you want. But it's slightly different from your
normal retro site and I was quite pleased with it.
